These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into with GrecusNordic.com (owned and operated by Bredsgaard A/S), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The agreement becomes binding once an order confirmation has been issued.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK).
Prices are stated excluding VAT for business customers (B2B) and including VAT for private consumers (B2C), unless otherwise clearly indicated.
Prices may be adjusted due to changes in duties, customs charges, exchange rates, or other external factors beyond the seller’s control.
GrecusNordic.com reserves the right to cancel orders where prices or specifications are clearly incorrect due to typographical errors, system errors, or other obvious mistakes.
Used machinery is often available only in a single unit. A machine may therefore be sold before an order is formally registered.
In such cases, the buyer will be contacted and the order will be cancelled. Any payment made will be refunded in full without undue delay.
The same reservation applies to products supplied by external manufacturers or suppliers. If delivery is not possible, the buyer will be informed immediately and any payment will be reimbursed in full.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made ex works (seller’s address).
For business customers (B2B), the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods leave the seller’s premises.
For private consumers (B2C), the risk transfers when the goods are received by the consumer.
If the product is in stock, the expected delivery time is 1–3 business days within Denmark and outside 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
If a product is low in stock, made to order, or temporarily unavailable, the buyer will be informed without undue delay regarding the expected delivery time.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on transport conditions and availability.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be added to the purchase price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping costs start from DKK 59 and may increase depending on the size, weight, destination, and transport method of the goods.
The applicable shipping costs will be clearly stated before the order is finalized.
For larger machinery and special transport deliveries, individual freight quotations may apply.
Delivery times are indicative only and not binding unless expressly agreed in writing.
GrecusNordic.com is not liable for indirect losses such as operating losses, loss of profit, or loss of time.
This limitation applies primarily to business customers and does not limit statutory rights granted to consumers under mandatory law.
The buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Complaints must be submitted in writing without undue delay and no later than 8 days after the defect has been discovered.
New goods: Warranty period of 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Used machinery: Sold as seen and without warranty, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Consumers have a statutory right to complain for 24 months in accordance with Danish consumer law.
Private consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless the product is exempt under applicable law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the consumer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify GrecusNordic.com in writing via email.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal unless agreed in writing.
Payment methods available on the website will be presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed before shipment.
The purchase amount will be charged to the customer’s account when the goods are dispatched from the seller’s premises.
In case of late payment (B2B), default interest of 2% per commenced month may be charged, along with reminder fees in accordance with applicable law.
The goods remain the property of GrecusNordic.com until full payment has been received.
Business customers are responsible for keeping the goods insured and in proper condition until ownership transfers.
Product liability is governed by mandatory Danish law.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to a maximum of DKK 2,000,000 per claim.
GrecusNordic.com is not liable for indirect losses such as operating losses, loss of profit, or loss of time, unless required by mandatory law.
The above limitations do not apply to consumers where such limitations would conflict with mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal data is only shared with third parties where necessary to process orders, fulfill legal obligations, or provide services related to the purchase.
Any disputes shall be governed by Danish law.
Business disputes shall be settled before the City Court in the seller’s legal jurisdiction.
Consumer disputes may also be brought before relevant consumer complaint boards in accordance with applicable law.
