Tracked Dumper with Front Loader for Professional Material Handling

The T500FL tracked dumper with front loader combines loading, transport and hydraulic unloading in one compact machine.

Designed for professional material handling, the T500FL can load material with its front-mounted bucket, transport loads of up to 500 kg and hydraulically raise and tip the loading body for unloading.

The loading surface is positioned at approximately 800 mm and can be hydraulically raised to 1420 mm. The body can then be hydraulically tipped up to 90°, allowing material to be discharged at an elevated position.

This combination makes the T500FL a practical solution for construction, landscaping, agriculture, groundwork and other applications where materials need to be loaded and moved repeatedly.

Integrated Front Loader

A key difference between the T500FL and a conventional tracked dumper is the integrated front loader.

The loader allows the machine to pick up loose materials before transporting them in the dumper body.

This can reduce the need for a separate loading machine during smaller material-handling tasks and allows the operator to carry out several stages of the job with one machine.

The front loader bucket measures 350 × 660 × 200 mm according to the supplier information.

Hydraulic High-Tip Unloading

The T500FL features a hydraulically operated high-tip system designed to provide additional flexibility when unloading.

The loading surface starts at approximately 800 mm and can be hydraulically raised to a height of up to 1420 mm.

The body can also be hydraulically tipped through an angle of up to 90°.

This allows material to be discharged at a higher level than with a conventional low-tip dumper, making the T500FL useful where unloading height is important.

The rectangular body and flat discharge side are designed to support practical unloading of loose and bulky materials.

6 Forward and 2 Reverse Gears

The T500FL is equipped with an improved gearbox providing:

  • 6 forward gears
  • 2 reverse gears

Power is transferred through a Kevlar belt transmission.

This drive configuration gives the operator multiple speed options for transport and manoeuvring according to the working conditions.

The machine is powered by a 4-stroke petrol engine with manual start.

Detailed engine and performance data can be found under Technical Specifications.

Reinforced Tracked Undercarriage

The T500FL uses tracks manufactured from reinforced rubber.

An automatic track tensioning system helps maintain the correct track tension during operation.

The width and tread of the tracks are designed to provide traction and stability across different types of ground.

According to the supplier information, the machine can operate on inclines of up to 30% and has a loading and transport capacity of up to 500 kg.

Operating conditions, load distribution and the position of the loading system should always be considered when working on inclined terrain.

Easy Manoeuvring and On-Site Turning

Independent clutch and disengagement controls are fitted to each side of the machine.

These controls allow the operator to change direction and assist with turning the machine within a confined working area.

This is particularly useful on construction sites, landscaping projects and other locations where working space may be limited.

The tracked undercarriage and independent steering controls give the T500FL good manoeuvrability for a machine combining loading and transport functions.

Operator Platform and Ergonomic Controls

A folding operator platform is fitted to the rear of the machine for use during working and transport operations.

The controls are positioned to provide straightforward operation and precise machine control.

The combination of the operator platform, steering controls and loader functions allows the operator to control loading, transport and unloading from the machine.

Robust Construction for Professional Use

The T500FL is built with a robust chassis manufactured from high-strength metal.

Reinforcing hollow sections underneath the chassis contribute to structural strength, while the chassis construction is designed to help reduce vibration and operating noise.

A 5 mm metal protection plate is installed underneath the machine to help protect the engine and transmission.

The engine and gearbox are positioned to provide practical access for cleaning and routine maintenance.

Safety and Operation on Inclined Terrain

The T500FL includes a safety control system and automatic parking brake.

The supplier specifically notes that the machine can operate on inclined terrain, but the higher centre of gravity must be taken into account.

This is particularly important when the loading body is raised or when the machine is carrying material.

The operator should always consider:

  • Ground conditions
  • Load weight
  • Load distribution
  • Working angle
  • Position of the loading body
  • Stability of the machine

The T500FL is supplied with EC conformity.

Designed to Combine Loading, Transport and Unloading

The main advantage of the T500FL is its ability to perform several material-handling operations with one compact tracked machine.

The front loader can be used to pick up material, the dumper body transports it, and the hydraulic high-tip system allows it to be discharged at the required location.

This can help professional users:

  • Reduce manual material handling
  • Load loose materials directly
  • Transport loads of up to 500 kg
  • Work in confined areas
  • Move across challenging ground
  • Unload hydraulically
  • Discharge material at an elevated position
  • Reduce dependence on separate loading equipment for smaller tasks

Typical Applications

The T500FL tracked dumper with front loader can be used for material handling in applications such as:

  • Construction
  • Landscaping
  • Groundwork
  • Agriculture
  • Property maintenance
  • Building and renovation work
  • Soil transport
  • Gravel and aggregate handling
  • General bulk material handling

The combination of tracked mobility, front loading and high-tip unloading makes the T500FL particularly relevant where loading and transport operations need to be carried out within a relatively compact working area.

T500FL Compared with a Standard Tracked Dumper

A standard tracked dumper is primarily designed to transport and unload material.

The T500FL adds two important functions:

  • Front loading
  • Hydraulic high-tip unloading

This makes the T500FL particularly suitable where the machine needs to participate in the complete material-handling process rather than transport alone.

For applications where a front loader or elevated tipping function is not required, a conventional tracked dumper may be the more appropriate solution.
