The THOON-SHARK is constructed with a reinforced double chassis (8+8 mm) combined with heavy-duty 16 mm side plates. This ensures a strong and durable structure capable of handling intensive workloads and harsh terrain.

The internal placement of all hydraulic components protects critical parts from damage during operation, making the machine well-suited for forestry and land clearing tasks where external impacts are common.

Advanced Rotor Technology for Efficient Performance

The machine is equipped with an advanced spiral rotor (273 × 20 mm) featuring specially hardened fixed teeth. This design allows the THOON-SHARK heavy duty forestry mulcher to efficiently process dense vegetation, brush, and timber.

It is capable of grinding material up to 7 cm below ground level, making it suitable for stump removal and soil-level mulching.

The electronically balanced rotor with heavy-duty hammers (Ø 512 mm) ensures smooth operation and consistent mulching performance. It is designed to handle trunks with diameters of 20–25 cm.

Optimized Material Flow and Control

The hydraulically operated rear hood improves material intake and allows efficient processing of large volumes of vegetation.

In addition, the rear hydraulic door provides better control over material discharge, enabling the operator to adapt the machine to different working conditions and material types.

Focus on Operator Safety

Safety is an important part of the THOON-SHARK design. The front of the machine is equipped with 10 mm steel safety chains, which help reduce the risk of debris being ejected during operation.

Combined with controlled material flow from the rear hood and door, this ensures a safer working environment.

Reliable Driveline and Low Maintenance

The THOON-SHARK heavy duty forestry mulcher is equipped with a GRAECUS gearbox (1000 rpm) with freewheel, ensuring stable power transmission and protection of the driveline.

High-quality SKF heavy-duty bearings provide long service life under continuous load, while the belt drive system (5+5 belts) with automatic tensioner ensures efficient power transfer and reduces maintenance requirements.

Flexible and Compatible with Tractors

The machine is designed with a universal 3-point linkage (Category II, Ø 25.0–28.0 mm), making it compatible with a wide range of tractors.

The adjustable working height, controlled via skids, allows precise operation and optimal adaptation to ground conditions.
