HYGIEIA-H Hydraulic Sweeper

denne HYGIEIA-H Hydraulic Sweeper is designed for efficient cleaning in agricultural, industrial and municipal applications. It is suitable for cleaning flat surfaces such as roads, kerbs, squares, concrete and asphalt areas, cobbled surfaces and paved paths.

The machine can also be used for the seasonal and winter maintenance of these surfaces.

The HYGIEIA-H combines hydraulic operation with a reinforced steel construction and is available in three models: H150-P, H180-P and H225-P. The models differ in weight, dimensions, required power and working width.

Hydraulic Side Brush

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic side brush with spring return.

The position of the side brush can be adjusted to suit the working conditions. During operation, the brush moves debris from the edge of the working area towards the main sweeping section.

When the side brush is not required, it can be raised.

The additional side brush provides an extra working width of 300 mm on all three models.

Front Debris Collection Bucket

A debris collection bucket is positioned at the front of the machine.

The bucket collects material during sweeping and supports a controlled cleaning process on roads, yards, paved areas and other flat surfaces.

A protective rubber strip is fitted between the sweeper housing and the collection bucket. This helps reduce the spread of dust and dirt during operation.

Adjustable Working Angle

The HYGIEIA-H can be adjusted for cleaning sloping surfaces at an angle of up to 22 degrees.

This adjustment makes it possible to adapt the machine to surfaces that are not completely level and to carry out cleaning work along inclined areas.

Three-Wheel Support System

The hydraulic sweeper is supported by three wheels.

This system allows the machine to follow the surface more closely during operation. It also contributes to easier operation and helps reduce unnecessary wear on the brushes when working across uneven areas.

Replaceable Plastic Brushes

The HYGIEIA-H is equipped with replaceable plastic brushes.

The brush sections can be replaced when worn, allowing the sweeping system to be maintained without replacing the complete machine.

The plastic brushes are designed for professional cleaning applications on hard and paved surfaces.

Hydraulic Requirements

The HYGIEIA-H requires connection to two hydraulic outlets.

All three models have the following listed hydraulic requirements:

• Hydraulic flow: 18–30 L/min
• Hydraulic pressure: 140–210 bar

The hydraulic compatibility of the tractor, loader or carrier machine should be checked before use.

Triple Mounting System

The HYGIEIA-H is equipped with a triple coupling system, allowing it to be mounted using:

• Pallet forks
• Euro-hitch loader connection
• Kategori I trepunktsophæng

The listed Category I three-point linkage diameter is Ø 19.0–22.0 mm.

The correct connection method should be selected according to the carrier machine and the intended application.

Three Available Models

The HYGIEIA-H is available in three configurations.

H150-P

The H150-P has a main working width of 1500 mm, plus a 300 mm side brush.

The model has a listed weight of 356 kg and a required power of 20 HP.

H180-P

The H180-P has a main working width of 1800 mm, plus a 300 mm side brush.

The model has a listed weight of 376 kg and a required power of 40 HP.

H225-P

The H225-P has a main working width of 2250 mm, plus a 300 mm side brush.

The model has a listed weight of 396 kg and a required power of 60 HP.
